I will never ever ever go anywhere else but C & C. My husband and I have each brought our cars in a few different times, and leave feeling satisfied every single time. From the phone to the front desk to the mechanics, their customer service is top notch. Everyone is SO kind and SO helpful. They are always able to get my car in right away, get it done quickly, and have very reasonable prices. I truly cannot recommend this place or these people enough. My husband and I are customers for life!

Very well priced. Super professional, quick, thorough, and friendly service!

I've been to C&C twice now -- one time for what ended up being a simple light bulb issue, and the second for a faulty starter. Both times, they had great availability -- I didn't have to wait long for my car to be serviced. They are honest, and have great prices -- a fraction of what similar services would cost you at the dealership.

For the light bulb issue, I thought it might have been an electrical issue, and initially asked C&C to do a diagnostic. They quickly realized it was only the bulb, and the electrical was all fine. Then they replaced it; when everything was said and done it was only about 2 hours from when I first dropped the car off. When I went to pick it up, I had sticker shock -- the good kind! -- because they only charged me for the basic service and bulb. At the dealership, the cost of the diagnostic alone would have been double or even triple of what C&C ended up charging me!

For the starter issue, they did a thorough diagnostic of the entire starting mechanism of the car. They even told me that their basic tests of the starter passed, but when they actually looked at it, it wasn't doing all the proper mechanisms to actually start the engine reliably.

Both times, when picking my car up, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly and awesome people -- special shout outs to Meredith, and to Jason. You guys rock!

I'd highly recommend C&C. If you are looking for professional, quick, friendly, and honest car servicing/repairs around the Sterling area, give them a call!

Superb and timely service ! They take the time to listen to the issues where I've found most places won't. They've made me a repeat customer ?
C&C will offer fixes that fit every budget as well, just had tires done and I was offered several options, each with proven pros and cons. They certainly are in business to create a repetitive customer base!

Forgot to get my dmv renewal tags. In danger of getting towed. Wanted to do it online, but I needed an emmissions test first. Was referred to these guys. The man at the desk said he would get me in and out as soon as possible. And he did! Good service!

Massively quick, first come first serve for inspections but they had me in and out in around thirty minutes for the annual safety inspection, no surprises beyond the original stated amount. Really impressed.

IF I could give more stars I would, I just moved from IL. and discovered this shop. Jason knows his craft and is terrific to talk to. Don't try to upsell you but also tries to get to the root of the problem. The front person I spoke to initially too, was wonderful. I can tell they care and that's tough to come by sometimes. I found my new shop. My car runs like a Cadillac now.
