Christian was a super nice guy and gave me a reasonable price to repair my washing machine and I sent a $200 deposit.

Unfortunately, he didn't show up and never called to follow up. After doing the fix myself and asking for a refund, I was told I'd get my money back, minus the assessment fee. It's been almost a month since that conversation and I have yet to receive my refund.

Horrible experience! Christian, the owner came to my house on July 5th to fix my gas stove top that was clicking while burner was on. He quoted me a price of $560 to fix it. He took $320 down and said he'd be in touch within a week because he had to order part. He never contacted me so I called him. He said when part came in he'd call. Part came in and he came to fix it, but couldn't he said because the part he just bought was bad part. He broke three of my light caps on stove which indicate which burner is on. I waited three months for him to fix it. Finally text him again on his Mobil number which is on his contract and he called me Rude for using that number and preceeded to tell me he wasn't going to fix my stove and was going to refund me minus the 145 dollars for coming out to my house. His policy is he charges 145 dollars unless you have him do job, then it goes toward total job cost. He puts on a good face being nice until he has to fulfill contract. Still have not recieved any money back and it's been 4 days short of four months! Do not use this company!!! Would do no star if possible

Whenever we need appliance repair, C&C will be our choice, at least as long as Cristian works there! He responded quickly and was very courteous and professional. He made 3 trips here and needed 2 boards to get our washer working again. He even took the time to re-check that the first board was also needed. We were very happy with Cristian's excellent service and highly recommend him.

Christian at C & C Appliance was very responsive and patient. He arranged meetings with my tenant multiple times after my tenant flaked on the appointment. He was also flexible. He was the only repair service I found that would bring a helper to unstack and restack the dryer. When his helper was out with an injury he allowed my tenant to assist and reduced the price accordingly. His price was already comparable or lower than others that did not offer a helper. I would use C & C again for my appliance repairs. Thanks Christian!

He is very professional, punctual, willing to take on projects that 4 other bigger companies wouldn’t touch and he has a quality that is practically nonexistent today-GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS! I am very happy with C&C and will recommend them as well as use them again. C&C Appliances were GREAT to deal with. They honored all appointments, communicated any schedule adjustments calling once to see if they could come a few minutes early. I had a tough problem addressed first by another repair company. They failed. C&C came through with a complete repair at their estimated price even when a return trip was required not related to any issues with their work! They won't let you down!
