Great facility and public transportation connection point!

Majority of drivers are courteous and helpful. Buses are almost always spotlessly clean and and usually on time or very close to it. My only issue is the 67 bus when it is going west towards the park st station. All too often it comes by 10 to 15 mins early and then I have to walk quite a distance in order to catch a different bus. If they would rectify that problem I would give them as high of a recommendation as possible.

Never had an issue here. I will say the bathrooms scare me a bit, and due to people tossing out really sweet drinks in the trash cans sometimes bee's show up around them. In all though what I need most is right there. Transportation of course, Emily's Restaurant is to die for, my favorite spa is walking distance on Court Street, and the drink machine offers bottles and cans which I really like!

This review concerns the entire PTSA bus system in 90% of Pinellas County---where are the benches at most bus stops---GONE thats where they are! Has it ever dawned on anybody that this is FLORIDA and FLORIDA is renowned for its HEAT and SENIOR. CITIZENS---waiting 45 minutes in the standing position in 100degree heat is not exactly what WE SENIOR CITIZENS are paying for!
SEATS at many bus stops have been removed lately---WHY? And God help PINELLAS COUNTY WHEN THEY FACE THEIR FIRST MAJOR LAWSUIT IF AND WHEN one of our Senior Citizens or DISABLED CITIZENS collapses at a bus stop while STANDING in this heat and is hospitalized, OR WORSE for lack of a $40 BENCH---WAKE UP YOU "POLITICAL APPOINTEES" sitting in your air conditioner offices making decisions to eliminate benches to save a few dollars----that is NOT YOUR JOB--your job is to accommodate and PROTECT PTSA RIDERS OF ALL AGES! GET IT? GOOD! NOW DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ATTROCITY!

FEMALE SECURITY GUARD ON CELLPHONE MAKING PRIVATE CALLS IGNORING POTENTIAL SECURITY ISSUES.

In general the bus drivers are doing a good job. However there are several issues in regard to this terminal.
1) SMOKING everywhere for decades the dangers of second hand smoke have been known - not at PSTA. Why can you smoke and bother with deadly fumes passengers waiting for a bus ?

2) The female African American security guard is constantly on her cell phone talking to her family in the morning hours. She does not pay attention at all. Could someone tell her she should STAND WHERE PASSENGERS PAY FOR THE TICKETS and have to take out their wallet. The male security officer does always stand there to protect passengers.
I also witnessed that she knows a young boy who panhandles from customers while she is there and ignores it plus the boy got on a bus without paying the fare.
PSTA act accordingly - if there is ever any issue with the security of passengers and her this will serve as evidence that PSTA should have know about the security situation there.

Lately the staff hasn't been super friendly. A few weeks ago the man argued with me while I was trying to get to the civil court house to get the restraining order against my abuser. And the bathrooms are absolutely horrible. They need to be redone.

People that work r great but the maps suck. It never nows when the bus will be there. There always wrong so the best u can do is just sat n wait. For the ? cause u nevet know when its going to be there to pick u up.

The prices are high. Also for every good driver there is 5 really bad drivers. Bad attitudes. Like they are doing you a favor or they do not want to be there.
