Great company. I paid for a year long contract with them, after having an issue six months ago. As part of the contract I signed up for, i would recieve filters and a free inspection in six months. When my included "free inspection" time came up after six months, I had forgotten about it, but they called me to schedule a time and came promptly at the agreed upon time and brought my next set of monthly filters and checked everything out. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant and professional team or experience. We've had zero issues since we contracted with them. I would highly recommend this company.

So the service itself was really above and beyond, as far as I’m concerned. Through the recommendation of my neighbor, I opted for the twice-a-year maintenance plan at less than $160 total for the two visits. Tyler did work that no other air conditioning company has done during maintenance, so it felt very thorough and comprehensive, as far as what I got for a value. In addition to that, the other members of the staff were very responsive, did several follow-ups, were just, overall, extremely professional and courteous. This company feels quite reliable, steeped in integrity, privately owned, and is well established. I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck, a friendly and knowledgeable technician, who I hope I can have next time, and now my system is as good as it can be, giving me peace of mind. highly recommend this business.

Where to start I had a new unit and pad, thermostat, lines under home installed today and to be honest best price amazing work had 2 great installation tech Joe & Cortez very efficient helpful explained everything to me couldn’t be any better I’m grateful also to the owner and Josh thank you I really appreciate all the help and service I really would and will recommend United Refrigeration to any one looking for an honest place to get all you A/C needs Thank you guys for everything.

Update 10/15/24: STILL impressed!! Got a call to remind us that it's time for a check-up...thank you, because we forgot. Because I had hands full at a store when they called, I asked them to send an email with the scheduled time & they did. Scott finished a job early, so he called to make sure we'd be around if he came early. Communication is great with this company! Wow! We are so impressed with your service! First, I was able to get an appointment very quickly from a very pleasant woman answering the phone (sorry I don't remember your name). Second, Scott is a fantastic ambassador for your company...on-time, professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and just plain old friendly. He came to do a Precision Tune Up, but also helped us understand the systems installed in this new-to-us house. Thank you for using the floor protectors over your shoes...it's very much appreciated! I contacted this company for a 2nd opinion after a very bad interaction with another contractor. I assumed the worst, with my indoor vent filled with water and no cold air output.
Everyone who I interacted with at this company was empathetic with my situation, ensured I was seen same day and problem solved the issue at a fraction of the price I originally received.
While they were aware that my 1st quote wanted to change out part of the system (even though the unit was only 1 year old and under warrantee), they were honest and let me know that all that was needed was to clear the pipes and a valve. They saved me thousands of dollars and my AC works better than it ever has.
I am extremely pleased and thankful for their professionalism and ethics. They have earned themselves a dedicated customer and I am happy to offer their name as a referral.
