I've been coming to this facility for the audiology, gastroenterology, and endocrinology clinics for some time now and have had the absolute best care possible. All of the doctors, nurses, and supporting staff are amazing. I drive a neighbor who is a Korean War era veteran to this facility for his appointments as well, and we always get excellent care and treatment. A bit further to drive to than the Appleton VA clinic, which is closest to our rural residences, but for specialty care, well worth the trip.

How useless is this location after my dad's heart attack can't fill out papers correctly, can't schedule things properly, and just playing pass the blame or frogger of where to go seriously get ur shit together.

Very clean in and out. Plenty of volunteers to direct you to where you need to go. Appointment was at 0900 and I was called in at 0902. No hurry up and wait here.

I was 10 minutes late for appointment. Dr. Thappa made me reschedule. Same Dr. 6 months prior was 30 -40 minutes late but gave me 8 minutes tops to explain months of issues. Was very hurried and it was drippingly obvious. First time I ever felt like going to an outside provider. Can't expect VA to change anything. I mean same provider disclosed my medical information to non authorized parties. Should have sought legal recourse then. I can't recommend VA unfortunately.

I have been receiving dental care here for the past year and I am very appreciative of everything the dental clinic has done for me. From the assistants to the doctors and surgeons that have worked hard to fix my teeth. They do not get enough credit. Thank you all so much!
