I found myself stranded in the middle of Wheatland after a concert, but the amazing folks at CNF Towing came to the rescue and saved me and my wife. Ivan gets it done. We needed to get home after a long trip and unexpected car issues, and Ivan G was extremely quick to help us out, with friendly and fun conversation as well. My insurance company connected me to C & F Towing and I feel blessed they did so! The gentleman I spoke to initially was very helpful and took time to reassure me. Ivan, the tow truck driver took it from there and provided me with something beyond good customer service. Ivan demonstrated excellent mediation and problem solving skills, as he was able to speak to both my husband (by phone) and myself (in person); calm us both down and then went above and beyond in resolving the problem.

Tonight I showed up to work with a flat tire. Ivan came out and was personable, polite and so helpful. He helped me repair my tire and told me that if it became flat again and decided to get my car towed he would be more than happy to help.

In this day and age, it can be scary and daunting as a woman to have to deal with a male stranger. But Ivan made me feel comfortable and safe. So grateful for good people like Ivan.

Thank you C and F towing, they arrived 20 minutes before the ETA! Ivan was kind, understanding and professional! The only issue was my donut tire was flat and Ivan didn't have an air compressor but luckily I keep a little electric tire pump in my car and it worked! I was on the road in no time ☺️ thanks again ❤️
