I wish I could give zero stars. This was, without a doubt, the worst haircut of my life. I walked in with high hopes, but what I left with is a disaster that looks like they used a lawnmower instead of scissors. I asked for a simple fade, but instead, I got uneven patches all over my head. One side is shorter than the other, and my hairline is so crooked it looks like they cut it blindfolded.

The barber didn’t seem to understand anything I said, and when I tried to explain what I wanted, they just nodded and went to town on my hair with no care at all. I’ve never seen anyone cut hair this fast – it was like they were trying to break some speed record. The worst part is, they didn’t even let me see the back when they were done. Now I know why. When I got home, I looked in the mirror and almost cried. It’s a butcher job, plain and simple.

I’m going to have to wear a hat for the next month until this nightmare grows out. Save yourself the trauma and go anywhere else.

The worst haircut I ever got was a disaster from the moment I walked into the salon. I showed the stylist a picture of a sleek bob, but what I ended up with was a jagged, uneven mess that looked more like a bad science experiment than a trendy hairstyle. The left side was dramatically shorter than the right, and there were random chunks missing, as if she had been attacked by a particularly aggressive lawnmower. To make matters worse, she insisted on blow-drying it straight, which only highlighted the unevenness and made it look like I was wearing a helmet. I left the salon feeling like I had just stepped out of a horror movie, I will never go back to that barber shop again and neither should you guys.

Very RUDE people. They dont like to admit their mistake. They did a horrible front cut for my 4 years old boy and when my wife and I mentioned it they started shouting at us. Don't go there if you don't want to look like Jim Carey from Dumb and Dumber movie. I am not joking

Visited today (9/4/24). I'm not sure what the negative comments are about. I took a risk and received a decent haircut. Jimi cut my hair and did better than expected. Since barbers in Leesburg charge $20+, it was worth $10, and she got a $10 tip (no pressure). I was surprised when I got home. My wife even said it looked good (and she doesn't like it short). Hopefully, the price stays put for a while. Missed it when it was $5, but then everything has gone up. I'm good for a couple months. Hope Jimi is there when I return.

Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Behavior

I recently visited C&S barber shop for a haircut, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The stylist did not cut my hair as I requested, leaving me with a haircut I am unhappy with.

To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, I gave what I felt was an appropriate tip. However, the stylist looked into my wallet and saw additional cash, then insisted that I give her more. This was extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. No customer should be pressured into tipping more than they feel is appropriate, especially after receiving subpar service.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone based on my experience.

This service was very medium as I had to wait for a barber which wasn’t even there!!! I found someone else and she gave me a good taper but the lineup was pushed to the sides . I don’t know tho it was messy and it was very hard.

This place is worst customer service. They don’t understand the language. They don’t have menu for pricing. They just charge whatever they want. They don’t accept the credit or debit card. They want only cash and I gave $11 dollars quarter then they didn’t want to take coins. They wanted me to use their atm machines. They are not giving receipt copy. I think they are not paying any taxes because they don’t show any transactions. I hope County will investigate and catch them. No never go there.

Its the worst service I got yesterday for my kids. I don't like the way she (Amy) treated my kids. She don't care the job. I suggest stop going to Amy. We think its cheap, but the way they treated us is very rude.
