It’s a beautiful and calm restaurant to enjoy real “farm to table” food with family or friends. Every ingredient is tasty and well served on beautiful ceramics. The New Mexican flare goes further to the Mexican roots with their music and menu.
We loved it and will come back!

First time at this beautiful restaurant and already looking forward to the next! The restaurant was amazing! We sat inside but would love to sit outside for next time. Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Our waitress was amazing and had great recommendations. The sweet potato pierogis were by far my favorite things and I kind of just want a dish out of that. Lamb Birria and the NM strip steak were amazing. The lavender ‘99 was bar far one of my favorite drinks I have ever had. 14/10 no notes!

Had an amazing brunch date with my husband! The Carne Adovada & Eggs Benny were superb! So much care went into our hand crafted cocktails as we watched them make each one. Cute shop full of local businesses. Will definitely definitely recommend to friends and family.

What an incredible experience!

Campo at Los Poblanos is an upscale, reservation-only restaurant located at the 3-star Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm in the village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque. They bill themselves as “casual fine dining”. The restaurant has a number of accolades, including chef Christopher Bethoney being a semifinalist for 2024’s James Beard Award’s Best Chef Southwest. It is located in a restored dairy building on the property. The grounds are beautiful.

The menus are seasonal and the restaurant has separate breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, and dessert menus. They last changed over the week of October 14, 2024.

We went for dinner and the server had us choose between still (non-carbonated) or sparkling water. There was a complimentary amuse-bouche of puréed squash with two roasted pepitas and a small garnish on top. For an appetizer we had the ceviche, which was “seasonal fish, cilantro, lime, pickled
green chile, and house-made corn tostadas” on a bed of lettuce for $20. It was refreshing and light.

For an entree, I ordered one of the “pasta hecha en casa” (homemade pasta) options, which was the carrot cavatelli. The dish consisted of lemon-chicken sausage, green chile cream, charred carrots, and chicken-skin bread crumbs. It was delicious! It was flavorful, and the crunch of the chicken skin was welcome against the soft pasta.

For dessert we had the Mile High New Mexican, which was described as a “kind of boozy hot chocolate”. It had LP hot chocolate mix, house-herbal liqueur, and aged cachaço. It was a nice after dinner treat.

The service was exceptional. It was attentive without being overbearing and she answered all our questions. She explained there was a sommelier onsite, and that the corn in their recipes had been through nixtamalization (treated with lye) to make it more “bio accessible”.

There weren’t any specials, and the food menu was only a page, but what they had they did very well so endless options weren’t necessary. I’d absolutely recommend this restaurant!

Probably would have had 5 stars with better servers. Hosts were warm and authentic. The outdoor area was super pleasant to sit in and wait for our table. We did have the last seating. So I found the chef? A bit patronizing. He over explained what an amuse-bouche is. I’m sorry but if you are in this pricey of a place you should be acquainted with fine dining. And we are. He was pleasant though. Our server seemed busy with other parties. She was not warm or enraged and we had to ask for refills on our empty iced tea glasses. I usually take a pic of these but I spared you. It’s super cute place. Very elegant farm atmosphere. I was served fish that no one ordered and the server snapped at the runner who made the mistake. The tomato salad was heaven. The carrot cavetini was good but not amazing. It needed a bit more punch. The sirloin and ribeye were extraordinary but I guess the mustard version I hear is better and you can order off menu. I also enjoyed their fresh bread. Worth getting. Very romantic restaurant!

We have family in the area and have wanted to visit Los Poblanos for a while now. We finally came out for brunch on a late-September morning and loved our meal sitting outside and enjoying the perfect atmosphere and weather. Great coffee and lattes, superb Eggs Benedict with crispy, delicious potatoes, and the pastry special filled with a pawpaw cream was so tasty! Our waiter, Mateo, was friendly and attentive. We ended up getting gift certificates for our family in the farm shop so they could enjoy this slice of heaven too.

Fantastic atmosphere in this farm to table experience. This is a relaxing and very deliberate meal with a carefully crafted meal. I highly recommended going for any occasion but if you have a birthday or anniversary it is a must go to experience. Spend your special occasion with a special meal!

Such a beautiful property. We really loved our little brunch date here. You do need reservations, but I was able to get one the day prior without issue. So happy to check this place off our list.
