My mom recommended this doctor saying she was very nice and informative. Not to me. I had to ask for my test results and she never told me what was going on. I once complained of headaches. She ordered a bunch of tests, not telling me, and I was stuck with a $1300 lab bill because my insurance didn't cover it. If she had told me what she was planning, I could have declined because I knew my coverage was basic. When I complained, twice, they said they would let the Dr know. I never heard anything back.

Horrible and unethical billing practices committed by the office manager and provider. They will commit a breech of contract with your health insurance company and when your insurance company tries to contact them then the office manager is no where to be found. She doesn't returns messages and the answering service states they also can't reach anyone in the office. Do not recommend this practice and save yourself the headache by going to another office where the staff is responsive and is experienced with billing health insurance/contractual agreements.

I've been seeing Dr. Casanova for years. She has always given my family and myself excellent care. If she needs to be agressive with me and chew my butt she most certainly with and not bat an eye. She has always taken time to explain and also takes your complaints seriously. When woman say they just arent feeling right, she gets to the bottom of it. Shes great and I recommend her to anybody. In 10 years I've never been upset to the point that I change Dr. Everyone has bad days of course, billing people make mistakes but thats part of being human. So, if you want to feel better and be healthy go to Dr. Casanova if you want to be babied and treated like royalty then another Dr is probably your best bet

Terrible Customer service. You just feel like a bother when you call. They try to rush rush rush you off the phone and then blame you for THEIR mistakes. Billing department is terrible also. Charged me my copay for a sick visit and then came back and tried to bill me AGAIN. NOOO care for patient well being either. He only had 3 meds left before the Christmas break and they refused to fill the prescription even though they would be out of the office until Jan 9th. Tried to get what info I needed to get the problem solved that day but just got shunned off the phone by the VERY RUDE office staff. WILL DEFIANTLY be switching doctors ASAP! Sorry we have given them our business for the past 4 years. DONT use this doctors office. Staff is rude and unorganized!

Dr. Casanova and staff has always been professional, friendly and helpful when I have questions or concerns. They are very accommodating when I need to get in quickly. They always manage to see me, often that very day. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well

the DR is very rude miss know it all attitude. i understand you may be comfortable with your profession however, that gives you no reason to speak to pts in such a rude manner.
Dr is rude unprofessional and not very informative. you get a list of things to do without knowing the reason for them. She was not only rude to me the next pt in the room got a rude talking also that i could hear she wasnt just rude to me its to all pts i guess
