I went in for a walk in hair cut, it's so cute! I'm really happy with the shape, I asked for layers and she did not disappoint. I wish I asked for her name, but I guess I'll just have to go back for my next hair cut 🙂

Pretty much the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The manicure consisted of a quick buffing. The gel polish looked absolutely horrible and when I very nicely complained asking to get some of the polish off my skin, the owner/manager stepped in. I asked her to take my polish off which she tried to do. She told me I’d still have to pay $12 for the manicure. She dunked all of my fingers in Acetone which was extremely disturbing and my fingers immediately started to tingle. I thought it was water at first. She told me to keep them in which I absolutely did not. I paid the $12 and left immediately. My hands are numb and stained from the Acetone. I hope she is not the owner. I explained to the woman that I wasn’t trying to be rude, but my nails looked very messy and I wasn’t happy. She yelled in my face and then continued to argue with me. This was absolutely unacceptable. I tried to explain myself clearly in a calm voice and she was not interested in my opinion, AS THE CUSTOMER! Horrible service!!!!

Super nice customer service which is always a plus! Relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic chair and a great variety of colors. Jenny was thorough and the leg and hand massage was wonderful. Much needed me time and they delivered. Thank you ladies and looking forward to coming back while in town!

My fave spot for a full set and eyebrow wax been going here for 2 yrs. I always get props on my nails. Jenny is the best always has my nails on point , she knows what I like and is pretty fast. She's only there Thursday- Saturday only thing that sucks. FYI they're not so kid friendly so I would suggest not taking them.

I tried calling first several times before going to ensure that they were open. No answer. I know there were two things, the weather and MLK day. I decided to go due to the hours saying it was open. I get there, there was only one lady doing nails and two employees sitting around, and two customers waiting to get their eyebrows done. They asked me what did I need and I ask for my nails to be soaked off and was told she didn’t have time. I asked the customers what they were there for before I left out of curiosity. It was like 2pm so I asked when did they close out of curiosity and was told she didn’t know she just don’t have time. ?. I’m giving a two stars because it was not busy and I just couldn’t understand for the life of me why the hell they couldn’t just pick up the phone if they decide to close early. Why not turn your sign off that you weren’t open or send a smoke signal lol I tested calling again in the parking lot just because I saw how slow they were and had available staff just sitting around, again still no answer. I hate to be the one to give a bad review and didn’t get service but this yells poor customer service to me. Just my two cents. Why have a number listed if you never answer? Why have the OPEN sign on if you’re closing? Makes me feel like they didn’t want to provide the simple service I needed, idk how else to feel.

Very quick job, not terrible but less personable and demanded payment before nails were dry. They seemed to take a look over me and then asked "can we wax your eyebrows for you?", Didn't feel great. Overall, Not a bad place for a quick and care free nail job, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had my eyebrow and lip waxed by the owner I believe and she gave me the best eyebrow wax I have had yet! I came in for a shellac manicure she (different women) gave me a light buff of the middle part of my nails and moved quickly on with the service. My nails lasted for three to five days before I could easily lift up the shallsc and take it off very disappointing waste of 26 dollars.

I've been going to this salon for about 9 years now and I love it! I wouldn't go to any other salon, I tried other salons couple times because they were closed and I was desperate and I was disappointed and decided I always make time to only come here! I love everyone here! No matter who does my eye brows here I am always satisfied with it they all do best job on my eye brows and nails! I am scared to go anywhere else for my eye brows! C-max is the best and everyone that works here!
