Booked our appointment by phone and confirmed by email to have Freddie get his travel documents completed for our return to the UK. Couldn’t have been easier, Lieve was so helpful and so good with Freddie. Her English was fabulous, surgery easy to find. Have no hesitation in recommending her and will certainly use her again

Simply one of the friendliest and best vets we've ever used. The lovely lady efficiently sorted out 3 pet passports for us for our EU travelling, it was all so simple. Such a friendly vet who has great English and was super gentle with our Golden Retriever Truffle. We came here for the worming tablet and to get her an EU passport. We booked via email which we had a prompt reply. Would recommend this vet and will be passing on the details to our UK friends who bring their dogs to Europe.

EU Pet Passport, Rabies Vaccination and Worming all done today. Booked all by email and everything went well. Just used the passport on journey back and so much easier than the AHC. Excellent vet and excellent service.

The best vet i’ve ever visited. Was recommended Lieve from a group on facebook regarding AHC for the tapeworm and asked to get an EU passport. Explained over email how nervous my dog is and how he physically shakes and freezes and she reassured me over email. On the day, both me and my partner could not believe our eyes, the appointment was so friendly, Bailey didn’t even realise where he was or that he’d been given a tablet and an injection, despite the fact we’d been stressing for days because he usually doesn’t eat outside the house. We’d even planned our whole day over the fact we were so sure that Bailey would feel traumatised as always, no disrespect to Lieve, just our past experiences with other vets, and we left within 10 minutes and sat aroundthe corner for what felt like forever in pure disbelief of how smoothly the appointment went, we didn’t know what to do with our day because now we didn’t need to do all of the extra steps to make Bailey feel better. I will 100% be returning to Lieve for all appointments for Bailey, I would drive to Bruge a thousand times over for Lieve, she’s truly amazing. Thank you so much, I honestly cannot and would not recommend any other vet and I come from the west midlands, UK.

An excellent very friendly Veterinarian with good English spoken for those from the UK wishing to have their dog checked out before travelling home. Easy to find as it is not far from the train station and only a couple of hours from Calais terminals.
