Looks like I’m gonna have to look for a new Doctor. All of a sudden I can’t see Dr. Odukwu, they make me see his practitioner which barely listens to you or as if he doesn’t want to be there. Or like he picked the wrong profession. With that being said Dr. Odukwu is a great doctor if they let you see him. Dr. Lexi is also good if they let you see her.

Time management is terrible. Every appointment I have I’ve had to wait 30-50 minutes after checking in to see a doctor. I checked in 5 minutes before my appointment today and had to wait 45 minutes before I got called back. Then another 15 minutes for anyone to come. I asked the front desk why 3 other people that came in after me have already gone and I’m still waiting and she informed me they have other doctors and my doctor was about to call me back. I get called back and seated in a room, a doctor comes back that is not my doctor. I waited an hour to be seen by a male doctor (not preferred). I can understand being busy and backed up but when it happens every time it’s frustrating. Especially when I’ve made an appointment and have to take off work to go.

I was seen by the Nurse practitioner, which was fine. But none of my prescriptions were called in and I have bronchitis. I drove the the pharmacy 2 times, once after my appointment, then again after 5 when I was told they'd be called. I waited until my pharmacy closed at 6. Nothing

A joke of a doctor. Doesn’t care about you and he just wants to get you in and out of his office. I had been suffering with lightheadedness and feeling like I was going to faint all the time. And you know what he told me? DRINK GATORADE!

Once he told me that I couldn’t even take him serious anymore.

Yeah buddy let’s try fix my health problems with one of the worst and most sugar filled, corn syrup filled, chemical filled drinks on the market!

Never once said let’s do some tests and try to figure out what’s really going on. Needless to say that was my last visit at that doctor.

I just left the office after my first appointment as a new patient. The staff was nice to me and helpful. I had my 2 year old and 5 month old with me and the back office staff were kind and patient with us. Dr Odukwu was very kind to me and my kids also. He seems like a good doctor. The facility is nice enough and very clean. BUT I WAS THERE FOR OVER 2 HOURS!!! I sat in the waiting room for a full hour and then waited for the doctor and for blood work to be drawn for another hour. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Dr Odukwu apologized for the wait, which I appreciated...but it doesn’t change the fact that I was there so long. I also had to schedule my appointment a month in advance. For those reasons we are going to look for another provider. But if you don’t mind the wait time for a kind doctor then he is great.

I don’t know why I came at 9:45am for my 10am annual exam, not a new patient. I have not seen the doctor until 11am. I was told to fasten for the blood work, now I am starving and thirsty, no blood withdrawal after more than 1 hour passed the appointment time! At the time (11:04am) I wanted to cancel my appointment b/c need to rush for my 11:30am meeting. Dr Odukwu came to the nurses from another patient’s room. He was okay to do the annual exam for me, the following steps were fast and smooth. Would not come if I knew I have to wait about 90 minutes to see the doctor.

Dr. Odukwu is a very professional doctor who takes the time to care and listen to your sickness/illness., however his front receptionist is very rude and never smiles. I was there this morning when I seen 2 other friends and we all were comparing how rude she was. The staff in back has been friendly but when you go in for your illness the least you expect is a receptionist to act or give you ugly looks, nor speaks when your for signing in. When i questioned her on my blood work or not knowing what else I needed to do, she spoke very little and then put her head phones on, when Erica turned and explained to me politely on my question. Guess front receptionist doesn’t realize how much front attitude & over all speaking helps a patient feel. But, over all Dr Odukwu is the best doctor in care!!

First off.. the front staff have a very bad attitude and are very unwelcoming. Terrible look on the managers face constantly. Erica i believe her name is. She has a nasty attitude and makes the visit very uncomfortable. So i went on for months having serious problems with how i felt and was getting sick over and over again. Dr odukwu did okay in very little. They were giving me all this uneeded medication and treated me like i was crazy. He wouldnt refer me to any doctor to do any tests. Just went by blood work only. Eventually i ended up on life support and a ventilator for 14 days strait after seeing him. I had sepsis and ards and became very very close to death at the age of only 24. Come to find out i have a deadly lung desiese pulmonary hypertension.. and had a hernia petruding in my chest and had to have a metal implant put in. Im on oxygen now and have gotten those problems tooken care of. Heres the problem.... i decided to give odukwu another chance. And try to go back there. They told me he doesnt accept patients that went somewhere else... even though i had no choice because they wernt doing anything and my health was rapidly deteriorating.. i have liver desiese, lung desiese, and ever right sided heart failure. He failed for 2 years of seeing him to find any of these issues or send me to another physician.. he did find i had low testosterone and perscribed me meds but also failed to tell me i have pituitary gland disfunction as well. After thousands of dollars and nurses with terrible attitudes i accomplished nothing in this office and dont reccomend it to anybody. Im general Dr. Odukwu was decent.. but wouldnt really get the job done.. the front office staff is the biggest problem.. they shouldnt even have a job acting like they do. I reccomend Dr Devin and Dr Kevin Salas a courtyars family practice on Midland
