Skyline facility is efficient. Fast and easy check in - not a long wait time to see the doctor. Lab work fast and easy also.

This was my first visit with Kaiser and Dr. Bartholomew. I attempted to provide a written summary of my medical condition that the nurse provided to Dr. Bartholomew before the visit. He came in the exam room greeted us very nicely but slightly agitated and excited stating their was a bug on the pages of the my summary provided he "thought" was a bed bug?!!
I assured him that we definitely do not have bed bugs, I wasn't feeling well and was insulted by this. I asked how I could provide another copy of the my medical summary and he somewhat curtly said, "I don't need it." I have your records sent from you previous physician on computer.

Today physicians are busy, in my experience, the visits are short, it's difficult to engage doctors and the information in file is short and abbreviated.

For my healthcare, I feel it's important that the physician have ALL complete information because to me this gives them a picture of my over all health and that includes MY input on my medical history and not just what the physician(s) want or feel should be in my file.

I was somewhat assured by Dr. Bartholomew because he seemed concerned and caring about healthcare concerns I am experiencing and as I asked questions he said, "We want to dot our i's and cross our t's".

This is just my fist visit with Dr. Bartholomew and I want to build good communication for a positive relationship. We will see how and if we go forward in a couple of months.
