Needed to get into a dr asap, we were not from here. He was booked out, but after being in ER he and his staff got us in and he spent a lot of time going through records and being very thorough. Continued by working to get us on to the next step we need to take. Great visit.

Just a great place to get the care you need. Not a cookie cutter “Doc in a box”. The staff are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They helped me work through some prescription issues quickly and efficiently. Jubel is great. He listens and provides you with excellent care. I love this place!

Jubel Reed has been my family doctor for over a decade and will be as long as I live in Midland. He is a PA-C and does a fantastic job. You will never feel rushed by this gentleman. He listens, gives good advice and works with you in any way he can. Sometimes there is a long wait in the lobby but it's because he spends time with each patient he sees.

Never had an issue with front office staff always kind and polite. Jubel Reed is awesome. He cares and takes time explain things and he LISTENS to you and address any concerns and questions you have. A role model of a medical standard our society is lacking theses days.

I have seen him for 3 years. Started off good but now its awful every time I go. To begin with Bertha, the receptionist is rude. Last time I went to doc for my 6 month check (diabetes) he didn't do blood work. All he dod was med refills and they billed my insurance $300. When I questioned it he said naw, we will do it next time. I went back again yesterday (Several Months Later) have to get blood pressure and weight done for an RX refill. Have to leave my teaching job early because even though they are open till 5, they won't do this after 4:30, because they want to get paperwork done. Sorry the 3 minutes it takes for patient care affects paperwork. While I was there yesterday, I told the nurse thst my blood sugsr levels had remained over 350 all day. They are still 334 this a.m, but she said well he doesn't have time to see you. I'll let him know and sent me on my way. He isa very nice guy, but his medical practice is a joke.

I had a friend go over to retrieve a corrected order and the office was closed. They looked through the windows and no one was there, we called multiple times and no one answered. I came in with my friend to DIA and awaited my scan, the DIA were told that the office was open even though it wasn't. The guy on the phone was caught in a lie, and because of the poor customer service we received, and the runaround they put us through. we are stressed from them.
