When we contacted Paul for help and advice and he immediately got back to us for a discussion and arrange a home visit.
We felt a great sense of hope after our first home visit with Paul that things could be improved.
He is a realist and try’s to suggest a training plan and things to improve upon around your current lifestyle so the things are achievable and do not take large chunks of time up that so that these things can be done every day and built upon.
Within 2 weeks of putting into practice Paul’s suggestions and changes made we already started to see improvements. The training methods used are gentle and have affective results quicker than anticipated.
We will be continue to work with Paul to iron out any issues that continue, however after 3 weeks we have been very happy with the results so far.
