Super thermes de qualité, très agréable même par mauvais temps. Calme et volupté au coeur des bois et sous des cascades d’eau chaude.

Wonderful retreat experience! Swimsuits required, no cell phone or talking, massages are available and advance bookings suggested due to high demand.

A great day trip to rewind and read a book or do nothing and relax. Another way to come in the evening and enjoy hot baths, the silence and watch the stars.

A perfect spot for a silent retreat.

Bring a book with you so you can relax by the firepit and do some reading if you wish.

Don't forget your swimsuit, sunglasses, sunscreen, and slippers. They have the rest covered. I would bring my own hair dryer next time too.

Amazing outdoor cold plunges, hot tubs, eucalyptus saunas and Himalayan salt steam room. I love that it is technology free and quiet too. Bring a book and hang out for as long as you want, no time limit!

The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I felt truly welcomed, and the staff was incredibly supportive, especially with my questions as a first-time visitor.

I really appreciated how quiet the environment was, allowing me to fully decompress. The saunas, steam rooms, fire pits, zero-gravity relaxation, and pools were all fantastic. Everything was exquisitely clean. I love the no phone & silence policy. Everyone was very quiet, relaxed, many were reading books

It's always an extremely enjoyable experience going to the Refuge. They now offer childcare to individuals who need a bit of relaxation. $20/per child/per hour is an unbeatable price and the two ladies at the childcare center are so kind and caring. So if you know a mom who needs time to relax (hint: all moms) please get her a gift card so she can spend some time on self care!

My visit to the Mineral Spa springs was unfortunately not as positive as I had hoped, despite the beauty and cleanliness of the location, along with the stunning views and unique temperature variations. Upon arrival, we were left to navigate the area on our own, which was challenging. However, the most disheartening aspect was the restriction on using sign language, which made the experience emotionally taxing, particularly as I was with my loved one.

To add to the discomfort, a security staff member approached us and informed us that we had received two warnings, after which we would be asked to leave. The staff’s behavior was more akin to that of law enforcement officers, constantly monitoring us, which made it impossible to relax and enjoy the setting. The entire experience felt invasive rather than welcoming, and ultimately left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Might be a good idea to go alone!

I sincerely hope that the owner and management take this feedback into consideration to improve the overall experience at this venue. Despite the few visitors present, I had anticipated a more welcoming environment. Revising the current policies to allow for whispering would certainly contribute to a more comfortable atmosphere. I am confident that such changes would attract more guests and enhance the overall appeal of this beautiful place.

I recently visited Refuge Spa and had a mixed experience. The outdoor amenities were lovely and created a relaxing atmosphere, with guests observing the ‘Noble Silence’ policy, though I felt the staff’s enforcement of it was a bit excessive. My family and I all booked massages, but unfortunately, they fell short of expectations, and we unanimously agreed we wouldn’t return for that part of the service.

The locker rooms, however, could definitely use some upgrading. The lockers would be more convenient if they were keyless, and a facelift along with more amenities—such as nicer showers, a steam room, and toiletries like makeup remover, face rounds and slippers- would really elevate the experience. Light snacks would also be a nice addition. Finally, I didn’t receive any instructions on the thermal cycles, which I noticed other guests did, so a bit more guidance on that would be helpful.

Overall, I would consider returning to use the thermal pools, but I’d skip the massage.
