We have had issues for years with our a/c freezing. We have called multiple companies to try and find the issue. Each time they could never find out what was wrong and gave us different answers every time. Finally we called The Right Way and found out yesterday we had a leak. Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. He pinpointed the problem within just a couple minutes. Today he installed the new coils and our a/c is running better than it ever has before! If we ever have any issues in the future we will definitely be calling The Right Way.

I had them put in a new AC for me about two years ago. They were really quick coming out to the house and with their quote. It took about a week. To get the parts and a day to install it. All the men that worked on it that day were respectful and helpful.

Fast-forward to this year and there was an issue with it. I messaged them after hours on a Monday, they scheduled me that night, and they were at my house the next morning to look at the problem. Which turns out wasn't related to their install.

Every person I've dealt over the phone or at my house has been amazing. Really can't say enough good things about my experience with this company.

My wife and I noticed that our AC was out at 5pm. I have two little ones and I was not looking forward to any amount of time with no AC. I was hoping we’d be able to get it fixed before the weekend but feared they might not be able to send someone out until next week. By 6:15pm Toby had our unit back up and running for a reasonable price! I still can’t believe how quickly this business was able to meet my needs. Alfredo was very thorough during inspection and provided a detailed and documented breakdown of coil repair options. He took basic steps to care for our home from foot covers which I appreciate because we just installed new carpet to laying down pads in his work area.
