Spacious area with comfortable seating, offering complimentary alcoholic drinks, juice, lemon cucumber water, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, sausages, and eggs. The food is slightly lukewarm but overall good. It's a great place to relax before your flight, featuring an intimate atmosphere with a nice view of the planes taking off. A quiet and pleasant travel club.

6/5/21: 9 am opening was too late. The food choices for breakfast were good, but no hot items. Not crowded at 9 am. 11/3/21. : The ladies at the front desk & downstairs at the desk were all oddly not friendly at all. No 1 said hello. No 1 smiled. They let everyone NOT wear masks! ? I asked if we had to wear masks, & the desk lady said yes. I said no 1 is wearing 1. It was 8:10 pm. 1 of the downstairs desk ladies got up & went around telling people to wear them, but she did not thank me for helping her by telling her what she should have known. The workers need to be changed! The bartender lady & cleaning lady were polite. This was the Club by gate C17. 8:50 pm. Again, no 1 is wearing a mask! It's not just people eating or drinking. Either enforce the rule or do not have it. 1/8/22: The staff upstairs were polite at 8:10 am, but the Indian lady at the downstairs desk was not friendly. Twice I sad thank you, but she did not say you're welcome. I heard her say it only to Indians. She was cold & unfriendly t9 me. The bar lady was not friendly, but she was professional. The food staff were helpful. The ham & cheese sandwich ? was warm & tasty. April, 2023: welcoming & clean. Good food offerings. Same in the B Club lounge.

No windows, in a basement, horrid food, no bar. This is probably the worst United Club I’ve ever stepped foot in.

The Dulles United Club gave me what I wanted: some power, a decent chair, wine and some food in a decent space. The food was rather limited due to the pandemic. They did a credible job of keeping the Club plates and trash cleaned. All and all it was a good experience.

It was my first time on a United Club lounge in 2019. I had a nice time during a long connection, I did not need the bar so I can't say if prices are high. Fruit and salad bar were fresh, cheese was delicious as well as sweet treats. The assortment of teas and Illy coffee was a great choice.

We went in hungry and left full great experience and nice environment to just relax while waiting for our delayed flight. We ended up going to both on Concord Sea and Delta and finding they’re both pretty much the same. Just soup was different.

First visit to this United lounge, Dulles Gate C17. Arrived early enough to avoid DC traffic, crowds through security (Pre check), and in the lounge itself. Fresh looking food, well presented, good assortment of pastries, fruit, oatmeal, the usual. Lots of space, clean and well appointed. Many private work stations. Many staff available even at 5am or shortly thereafter. Holly at the United desk helped me "score" a nice [EP] upgrade since I (struck out) on first class upgrade. Thanks! My only negative would be that I only noted one men's restroom, downstairs. A pleasant atmosphere. If you have a pass to use, well worth arriving early, eating some, and getting some work and/or reading done. Enjoy! (11) pics included. Rating should be 4.4-4.6 ?'s.
